It’s a mourning Monday, at age 95, Stan Lee, co-founder of the Marvel Comics dies.

Born in 1922, from a working class , migrant Jewish family from Romania,  Stanley Libier publicly known as Stan Lee was a comic-book writer , editor and publisher who lead Marvel Comics from a small publishing house to a multimedia corporation.

The Marvel legend, was father of two and was married for 69 years to wife Joan Lee who died in 2017.

The co-founder of the Marvel Comics, died on Monday at Ceders- Sinai medical Center in Los Angeles.

His death, was reported by  daughter JC’s  attorney to the Associated Press, and in an exclusive to website TMZ she said:

“My father loved all of his fans. He was the greatest , most decent man”

Even after leaving the Marvel company in 1972, Mr Lee was still a  chairman emeritus, and his passion for his work was perceived till the last, with him appearing in a cameo in Venom , the most recent Marvel movie , as he always did in all of the others.

Mr Lee was the creator of many superheros loved by kids and adults such as Spider-man, Iron man, Black Panther , Captain America and many more.

Marvel movies inspired by Mr Lee’s superheros are among  Hollywood highest grossing films with movies such as Avengers Infinity War  generating over $2bn of profit.

Mr Lee was loved and admired by many Hollywood personalities and fans who took Twitter to express they shock and condolences.
